Allavida has years of experience in training and supporting the institutional development of civil society institutions by helping them to improve their sustainability by building constituency of supporters and increasing flows of local funds. Allavida also provides consulting services to NGOs and donor institutions, including undertaking feasibility studies for new grants programs, training in grant making skills, institutional strengthening, financial sustainability, social innovation theory as theory for change, strategic forecasting and evaluation of programs.

Institutional Capacity Strengthening Workshops

Allavida works to strengthen the capacity of local organizations and their leaders to mobilize communities, develop and resource practical initiatives, lobby and advocate for change, build and sustain alliances, and find ways to sustain their own activities. Through demand-driven, practice-based peer learning and training programmes, challenge grants and mentoring. Allavida also works to strengthen the resource base of trainers and resource people wherever we work. Allavida areas of training are capacity building for individuals and organizations, Financial literacy, institutional strengthening and sustainability as well as leadership and its components.
